MACA – Nearly a month after the inauguration of the Regent and Vice Regent of Majalengka, the new regional head has made various breakthroughs to improve the governance of Majalengka Regency, aiming to create comfort, peace, and rapid response in serving the community. The community is enthusiastic about the swift response made by the government in addressing various problems in the community. One of them is the improvement of civil service discipline, especially with the obligation to perform Dhuha prayer before working.
As the new government approaches its 100-day target, it is considered very visionary and innovative. However, a transformation of policies is necessary to align with the regional head’s vision and mission and not conflict with existing regulations. Collaboration between parties is essential, as the regional head is not only a ruler but also a servant of the people, responsible for the welfare of the community. Moreover, Majalengka will become an industrial district with the Aerocity concept due to the acceleration of development areas approved in Presidential Regulation No. 87 of 2021.
The government must anticipate the impact of this scheme and protect the rights and obligations of the people of Majalengka. As a regional government with constitutional authority, it is necessary to collaborate with parties between the Majalengka Regency government and investors who will come to Majalengka. Policy transformation will determine the future of Majalengka Regency when policies can adapt to what the government must do to protect the people of Majalengka from unwanted impacts in the future.
Dalam konteks transformasi publik, Majalengka Regency perlu mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek, seperti:
– Kolaborasi antar pihak: Kerja sama antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan investor untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan.
– Pengembangan infrastruktur: Pembangunan infrastruktur yang memadai untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kualitas hidup masyarakat.
– Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik: Perbaikan kualitas pelayanan publik untuk meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi.
